You are invited to pause the demands of your life and reconnect with a simpler version of yourself. Taking place at the Sonnenhaus Liebenthal, a retreat center close to Berlin. This retreat gives you a place to remember what it feels like to play, to dance, to rough house, and to listen with your full body. Become aware and curious of your mindset in situations of surprise and uncertainty. Playfully move your body with both solo time and opportunities to connect, reflect, and practice with others.
The Sonnenhaus Liebenthal, with its fruit trees and natural herb gardens, is idyllically situated amidst vast, hilly fields and forests. Around the house, well-kept meadows provide space for relaxation or a playful practice. A small private forest offers room for hammocks or active climbing.
